JORDAN JONES
The Founder of MTM + MTMI has experienced the dance industry from all angles. She moved to LA at 18 to professionally dance, booking commercials and music videos. She assisted the world’s top choreographers, and is now choreographing and teaching all over the world while running MTM + MTMI. With a background in yoga, marketing & branding, entrepreneurship, & fitness, she is ready to combine the skills she’s learned along the way & help dancers around the world. Building strong relationships and learning how to network is what set Jordan up for success, and she wants connect young dancers to professionals, no matter where you’re from! Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world, whatever it is, she knows the way.

Cassie Breinlinger
Established in Florida but shaped by the lights of LA, Cassie has navigated through various roles within the industry. Her journey began at the tender age of 8, touring with her first company. By 15, she had already established herself as a seasoned choreographer, and by 22, she found herself immersed in the vibrant scene of LA for 12 years. Throughout her career, she has lent her talents to renowned shows such as Paul Mitchell, Redken's National Vegas show, and Disney Channel's Descendants Pop Talk Series. Her versatility extends beyond the spotlight, having worked both in front of and behind the camera for national commercials, tours, and movies, such as Disney Descendants 3. Cassie even took on the role of studio owner at her own children’s program in LA and dance manager to many familiar choreographers.
Specializing in dance conventions and competitions, Cassie has left her mark as a judge and Director for companies such as Star Dance Alliance's Believe National Dance Competition. She has also been an integral part of Break the Floor, 24Seven, JUMP, The Dance Awards, and Dancerpalooza for a collective span of 12 years.
Her primary focus remains on passing down her dance wisdom to younger generations, emphasizing authentic movement and preserving the essence of dance culture. For Cassie, it's about reigniting the passion for dance and nurturing the creativity and uniqueness to inspire dancers.
